Each of the settings in the Administrative Templates node can be CompTIA Exam(http://www.aplus-220-701.com):
Not Configured The registry is not modified.
Enabled The registry reflects that the policy setting is selected.
Disabled The registry reflects that the policy setting is not selected.

Settings in the Administrative Templates node in the Computer Configuration node are saved in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (HKLM) registry key. Settings in the

Administra¬tive Templates node in the User Configuration node are saved in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER (HKCU) registry key. HKLM and HKCU each place registry

information that is specific to Group Policy in one of the following four reserved trees:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies (computer settings)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies (user settings)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies (computer settings)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies (user settings)

In the Computer Configuration and the User Configuration nodes, the Administrative Templates node contains the 220-701 Exam(http://www.aplus-220-701.com),

System, and Network nodes. The nodes in the Windows Components node enable you to administer Windows Server 2003 components including Microsoft NetMeeting,

Internet Explorer, Application Com¬patibility, Task Scheduler, Terminal Services, Microsoft Windows Installer, Microsoft Windows Messenger, Microsoft Media

Player, and Microsoft Update. For the Computer Configuration node only, the Windows Components folder also includes the Internet Information Services node.

For the User Configuration node only, the nodes in the Windows Components folder also include Help and Support Center, Windows Explorer, and MMC.
This is an easy exam. In fact, it's a laughably-easy exam if you have a lot of Windows experience and certifications. If you don't, you still shouldn't have

much problem at all. I can't imagine someone failing if they read a good book and study my notes here.
I used the Sybex study guide to study for this exam. It did the job (again, the exam is easy), though I found that it covered a lot of material that the exam

doesn't cover. Those topics end up being covered in the 70-622 exam (Vista, Enterprise Support). If you intend on taking 70-622 next, then the Sybex guide

practically kills two birds with one stone. If, on the other hand, you don't intend on taking 70-622 next, you might be better off with the Microsoft study

guide, which appears to better-address the free test questions(http://www.examshots.com) and not much more. Both are very good and recommended guides; pick

the one that better suits your plans for after 70-620.
